The novel A Day No Pigs Would Die would appeal to teens because some teens go through many difficulties through their teen years just like Rob does in this novel. One day at school, Rob was at the playground when a classmate named Edward Thatcher decided to make a sport of Rob’s clothes. Rob decides not to try to fight Edward and runs home so he could be by himself. Like Rob, many teens would rather run away from the fight and be alone. Most teens also face bullies just like Edward Thatcher and are frustrated by it. Teens could also learn how people feel if they are getting bullied, and it might change the way they treat others. Teens could learn many good things about how to treat others by reading this book.
